Return

It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product after all, or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal (or packaging) is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full amount of the goods.

The costs for returning the item from your address to our address are at your own expense. You can find these costs on the website of the carrier of your choice. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. As soon as we have received the returned products, we will credit you.

Important: always include a copy of the packing slip or your invoice with your return shipment so that we know who the return is from.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Refunds will be made to the same account used to pay for the order.

Please note! Unfortunately, products ordered especially for you and custom-made products cannot be returned.
